Develop, maintain and build positive relationships with customers to meet established sales or exceed sales targets to the coffee shops and hawker centres.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet sales targets
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and potential customers
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Maintain close working relationships with existing major customers in your assigned area to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level/ Diploma
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in FMCG Industry
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent working relationship with Customers and Trade
- Independent and A Good Team Player
- Able to multi-tasks
